What is the processing flow for irregular aluminum profiles, aluminum profiles, and aluminum alloys






The processing flow of special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum profiles, and aluminum alloys is a multi-step process, mainly including casting, extrusion, straightening, surface treatment, cutting and processing, heat treatment, assembly and inspection, as well as packaging and leaving the factory.






Firstly, irregular aluminum profiles, aluminum profiles, aluminum alloy ingots, and magnesium are added to the smelting furnace in proportion to obtain aluminum liquid.
