Aluminum profiles, special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, and special-shaped aluminum profiles are anodized. If not specifically specified, it usually refers to sulfuric acid anodizing. So, do you know a few precautions for anodizing aluminum materials?

1. Aluminum profiles, irregular aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, selection of irregular aluminum profiles, hard aluminum rods

Before processing aluminum alloy profiles, hard aluminum alloy profiles and aluminum rods should be selected as raw materials, and the hanging fixtures used in the production process should maintain smooth and good conductivity.

2. Before oxidation, clean the fixture

Aluminum profiles, special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, and special-shaped aluminum profiles should be cleaned of previously used fixtures before anodizing the aluminum alloy profiles. Remove residual oxide film from the surface of the fixture to ensure good contact performance with the aluminum rod during use.

3. During the production process, the conductive area

Aluminum profiles, special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, and special-shaped aluminum profiles should ensure the conductive contact area of the fixture and minimize the imprints of the fixture during the production process of anodized aluminum alloy profiles.

4. Oxidation solution, temperature range

The temperature range of the sulfuric acid anodizing solution used for anodizing aluminum oxide is 15-25 ℃.

5. Refrigeration device, compressed air stirring

During the production and processing of aluminum profiles, special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, and special-shaped aluminum anodized aluminum, refrigeration devices should be equipped and compressed air stirring should be used for treatment,

6. Different sizes, handled separately

Aluminum profiles, special-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum alloys, special-shaped aluminum profiles. For different materials of aluminum alloy profiles, pure aluminum, aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles with different specifications and sizes, they should be treated separately and cannot be processed in the same oxidation tank.

7. Small size, special treatment

For small-sized aluminum alloy components with overlapping riveting, sulfuric acid anodizing treatment is generally not used.
